CWR represents girls of all ages, from youth to elders, from the beginner to the professional athlete, from surfing to weight lifting, in any female sport.
The word “RIP” means someone who plays hard and good. So CWR wants to inspire and challenge girls to be all they can be and have lots of fun at the same time.
